It is good that worthy Minister has atlast inaugurated Libarary for disabled persons, but she should scrutinize the performance of her department where nothing is being done for better ment of Special people or children, institutes are better close than what they are doing.
millions are being wasted on training programmes of senior teachers at NISE but does it reach or translate at any level? No is most appropriate answer, select few are eating funds through wastage of money of tax payers in the name of functions , Seminars and many Bigots in this department.
Does they have rehabilitate a single child in past thirty odd years of their existance, each tom dick and khalid rises from bottom to top with their pseudo intellect but kids are their families are hopelessly stranded in this cobweb !!!
Minister is equally responsible for on paper work being done in this department.atleast in the eyes of god…..please open your eyes if can’t purge system and force employees to work honestly please close all institutes of Special education in country or at least in islamabad where corruption is deeply rooted…and of all please stop sex crimes in your centres….that is why we are ….silent sufis!!!!
