UAE investors announce housing scheme in Capital

UAE investors in collaboration Defence Housing Society has announced a bid housing scheme in Islamabad. The construction will be of international standard and earthquake proof. However, work on the project will start after geological and seismic surveys.
This was revealed at a press conference by Al-Gharir Gaiga Company director, Haji Rafiq PArdesi, Dr Shahpur, George Grant, Tarqi Hasan, Mushtaq and others here Thursday.
“Environment for investment is very friendly and our company in collaboration with Defence Housing Society will start work on housing scheme which will include 26 buildings, 17 high rise buildings and 9 buildings of 7 stories each”, informed Perdesi.
He further said that this scheme will be according to the international standard and facilities will be available under the one roof. After the success of this project five star hotel, shopping centers and officestower will also be built, he added. To a question, he said that our company has construction experience in Europe and here we will start work on the project after geological and seismic survey.
