New train from Rawalpindi to Karachi

Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz will inaugurate the commissioning of non-stop Buraq Express, which will run between Karachi and Rawalpindi on 14 August.
Buraq Express will operate on alternate days from both Rawalpindi and Karachi. Buraq Express will cover the 1507 Kilometer journey in 20 Hours.
It will leave Rawalpindi at 2:45 pm and reach Karachi at 10:45 am the next day. Departure from Karachi will be at 2:30 pm.
Well, lets see and hope that its true.

    something good is going on in pakistan railways. i also read about bullet train to be operated between lahore and pindi and the operation of underground railway in lahore. for oth the projects feasibility study would be started soon. lets hope everythig goes right.

    Only 75 km/hr!!!!
    There must be something wrong with this train..or is it being drawn by a horse?

    Hey sheepo try using ur brains. This train also has stops including 30 mins stop at lahore. Avg speed of 75.35 (1507/20) is pretty good considering the condition of the tracks and the number of stops and time.

    Mr. ANON THE FAKE ONE … I think you cant read English well, SHB didnt say that IT HAS 30 STOPS. SHB said that it has 30 MINS STOP AT LAHORE. got it ????
