flowery fragrant
*This observation was from chand raat, but i dont know why i didnt get around to posting it yet*
Islamabad is a very fragrant city!! This is what us three friends from Karachi decided when out on chand raat. In karachi, we’re much more used to smelling the smoke and open gutters, and when your in clifton, our very own special ‘Parfum-del-Clifton” courtesy of the fish transportation through the main road passing through clifton.
When we were here, the smell of roses and raat kee rani and other sweet scents was amazingly refreshing! Another characteristic which can be called ‘truly islooite” :-D
i guess we all are so used to the fragrance that we dont smell it any more. however last year when i went to karachi, i smelled a lot of stuff … everywhere … i coulnt understand how people live there. even the nicest areas are stinky ! are they ever going to build drains?
