In Japan, EU and US thousands of street musicians play music in subways or sidewalks (footpath). Some of em r really talented. Some street spots have become famous because some well known artists would come and display their talent. Also many celebrities started out from playing on the streets of New York and London. It also is much better then begging. I think beggars can be eliminated or reduced by using music or any performing or visual arts. Also people should support such people where ever they see them.
