Islamabad Wins !!

The cost of living in the federal capital is far more expensive then other cities of Pakistan as sensitive price index is causing unbearable burden on the low income groups, according to the latest statistics.
The low-income groups are prime victim of rise in the food inflation. Most of their income is used for purchasing the essential food items, the prices of which are too much for people surviving on a fixed income.
On average the price of almost all the food item in Islamabad is higher than all the cities, reported by FBS (Federal Bureau of Statistics).

What is to celebrate and congratulate when its is all”causing unbearable burden on the low income groups…”? It is not a “win” but a loss.

Problem is that even after paying a hefty sum you don’t get in quality what you can get in other cities for far much less. Here your own dog won’t recognise you if you aren’t earning in six figures.
