CJP (not anymore’s) ….

We live in a country where nothing is IMPOSSIBLE (I sometime’s think if we should be happy at it, instead of giving our usual frowns) … you must have been well-aware of what’s going on inside the judical and political houses around it … A LOT (to sum up things) … news, media, almost every media is full of some srunning information to give — (I, myself, was just watching Naeem bukhari’s viewpoint on this) …!

Chief Justice of Pakistan's residence

Anyhow, by now CJP Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry remains incommunicado with a heavy police posted to guard his residence. A few people have been allowed, as yet, to meet him. His relatives are saying that the CJP is also pressurized to give in his resignation.

Let’s see یہ اونٹ کس کروٹ بیٹھتا ہے :|

ps: isn’t his residence beautiful … ummmm just thinking :>

    As I have said on ATP; Where is Justice Bhagwan Das and why does he not come forward? Now this question is being taken up more and more. Even BBC is now asking it even though their site link is currently not working. I think this is an important question as to what role the second senior most judge should have/could have taken in this situation. Has he been barred by the government from coming back? Is he working with the Government? What does he have to say in any case? Does anyone know? Sure he is in India but is not unreachable.

    I like this comment from BBC Urdu;

    گمشدہ افراد کی فہرست ميں چيف جسٹس بھی شامل ہوگئے ہيں۔

    this is the only country, in which the laws are made and ammended to facilitate an individual person and the judiciary has always remain part of that.

    once again the ball is in their Court, lets see whether they decide for the FUTURE or once again they fall for the PRESENT.

    However, one thing is to be remembered
    if today it is for Justice Iftikhar than tomorrow it can be for the next coming person also.

    So, for God,s Sake decide for the future (for next generation)
