Sights And Signs

Mc%20Chicken.jpg Endless%20Possibilites.jpg

Last night on one of my long walks around the Jinnah super I was able to capture these signs. Looks like people are getting better at it. So folks, in the middle of all the frenzy going on these days, it’s time to relax, grab a burger and enjoy your Mc Chickey!

Behold a new form of art is emerging in the Capital. I sure wish my mobile’s camera could have captured all the colors!

Does American consumer culture have to invade the peace and quiet of Islamabad as well? can’t they just put the signs around the US Embassy to make them feel more at home.

McCrispy is a Zinger’s cousin in the McDonald’s house… McDonald’s other burgers are much better if you ask me.

The prices for a Zinger Meal (measly sized Fries and Coke) + Chicken Piece = Rs. 240 something. A Large Coke + Fries and a Sandwich at McDee’s is nothing above Rs. 190. There is a stark difference! And mind you, a Pakistani tummy can very well do with a medium Meal at McDee’s. Nosheen, start saving up :P

I really don’t mind these advertisements, they add to the color of the city. I have to say, they are much better than those kapra banners that advertise the anti-termite companies :)

Talking about advertisments, has anyone noticed the ‘Beyonce’, yet? Yes, Amerika wali Beyonce!
