When just recently (yesterday ^[1] and in past few months), we had enough of heart-to-heart ^[2] regarding the background of Lal masjid’s action in Islamabad … talking about existence of activities in town; against which raising voice was inevitable (and in some cases ACTION as well).

There is this house ^[3] in F-10/3 and man was I suspicious about it from the day one. Just 1-1.5 month back, people started renovating it hence enhancing the suspicions … firstly all the windows and gates were a bit hidden and a bit decorated with the fiber glass cover ups , and boundary wall grills were sealed off using the green nursery paper …. then one day I saw CCTV’s being fitted in on roof top at various other spots (OK – I know this is common too these days).

Gradually, one evening a Red Neon-Flasher was blinking on head of the house … naming it as CAT HOUSE … now it highlighted the suspicions … for god sake … isn’t it too much of an obvious name?? And not stoping here, there’s a note outside the gate stating that only members can come inside.

We (me a nd a friends of mine) were still optimistic stating it to be a seedha saadha club, with some added bar (as previous saturday night I saw disco lights flickering inside too :-)) … but I guess things were not as good as it seems.

A friend of mine, with some friends in media, inquired … and though they claim it to be Cat Home CLUB ^[4]… with facilities ^[5] being provided as Turkish restaurant, Gym, Weeding Hall ^[6](its right – weeding – at least they say so, )Mini Cinema (afg!), Dining, Dance Club ^[7], Olympic size Swimming Pool ^[8](I wonder if its in basement?? as the picture on their website shows some european club’s imagery :)), and yes a Bar ^[9] too. The reporters who got their hands on the Inside Story said that the house was full of even more outrageous imagery than the very site is offering.

So any optimistic ideas left?? I wonder if hidden things and realities of past were better or the realities staring at your face in open?? Evil is evil and these things, undoubtedly, cannot be run without the hand of Big Fish involved. So, anyone reporting them to HELPLINE-LAL-MASJID ??
