    that horse cart owner must have requested him to check his horse’s speed.. (if you look closely it says 55 on the display)

    Well I must say Islamabad Traffic Police is very active nowadays. I dont have any personal experience but many of frnds and relatives tell me the stories.

    Tanga might be speeding and slowed down as soon as Tanga-Wala (Cowboy) came to know that there’s Traffic Police (Sherrif) ahead with a speed gun.

    Reminds me of TheGoodTheBadandTheUgly! :)

    I wonder if they have breaks in Tanga tyres? Rather Disc breaks :)

    This is very humorous, & a great pic. I once saw one like it of an Amish farmer(religious conservatives in America who will not use modern technology) driving his bugggy down the side of a freeway with a policeman and radar gun pretty much in the same position.
