So we get a new President

Asif Ali Zardari …. Argh ...

He just have to shift from PM House to Presidency now.

Wonder if the nation would be doing what he’s doing in the picture? =\

So, jiyyay Bhutto? Allah save te country now … I wonder how many months it’ll take to have the whole country sold .. you think it can be done in Days?

We get what we deserved. But I hope our doings dont wipe the efforts of our forefathers.

I have commented enough about Zardari, Sharif and Mush. all Ican say is "Moulvi aur Wakeel key chakkar mein paro gey tou zaleel-o-Khwar hee hogey"

What intrigues me about this post is the mention of "Efforts of our fore fathers". I dont think that this nation has even an inkling of who they were and what they actually did? Were they the ones who dwelled and created civilizations like Taxila and Moen-jo-daro or where they the Arabs othe Turks or the Mongols who invaded these lands? In the recent past were they the Nawabs / Jagidaar’s of UP, Punjab and Bengal who had the British carved out a country for them as a reward for a century of loyal service?

    Who were they?

I have now stopped my campaign against the election of Zardari as the president of Pakistan. Now that he has been elected as president through a democratic process I recognise and accept him as my president and president of Pakistan. We have no other option despite the folk wisdom such as:
A leopard doesn’t change its spot.
A MOMEN doesn’t get bitten from the same hole twice and
Azmooda ra azmoodan jahal ast etc etc.
If you come to think of it the guy has lot of plus points. It his tainted past which makes one wary of his leadership. He now has an opprtunity to use his potential in a positive manner and lead this nation, which has placed its trust in him, to glory and thus leave his name to be written in golden letters in our history books.
I reckon he may be the best president that we ever had or the worst that we are ever going to have. He won’t be in between.
Let us give him a chance to prove his worth keeping a close eye on what he does or doesn’t do. If he fails to meet the nations expectation we can try to get rid of him. It will be easier to get rid of him than it was to get rid of Mush.
Mr. President what other ambition you can have (since you have evry thing now) except to create a name for yourself in the history of Pakistan as the saviour of Pakistan. I assure you the whole nation will support you in this since its survival depends on your fulfilment of this ambition. Mr President move in the right direction and be known as Quaid e Pakistan or Quaid e Jamhooriat.

May he starts another scheme which later results some other stuff in your town? :p

    @ A for(pine)Apple:
You say: I wonder how many months it’ll take to have the whole country sold .. you think it can be done in Days?
I say: In days if the deal has already been done and biana taken.

You say: … i dont see anythin wrong with callin an ass an "ASS"!!
I say: Well, you may be right but beware an ass may find something wrong when an ass calls him an ASS :-)

    @binaryzero on September 6th.
You say: such a shame – i agree with you :)
I say: Your agreement shows you are not an ass. Your shame shows you regret not to be one:-)

    You say: Stay Positive People…
I say: Difficult to stay positive in negative environment. -ve*+ve=-ve
You say: Lets sit and watch the drama….
I say: Is there time to sit? And is it the beginning or the end of the drama that we are going to watch?

    @ kaami on September 6th.
You say: Who were they [our forefathers]?
I say: The answer to this is there in your question. They were ‘—the Nawabs / Jagidaar’s of UP, Punjab and Bengal who had the British carved out a country for them as a reward for a century of loyal service’.

You say: I have now stopped my campaign against the election of Zardari as the president of Pakistan. Now that he has been elected as president through a democratic process I recognise and accept him as my president and president of Pakistan.
I say: On second thought you may sound like a LOTA to many!

    @ pingback on September 7th.
You say: Allah save te country now …
I say: By the look of things Allah seems to have given up this never ending arduous task.

@ Adnan Siddiqi (adnansiddiqi) on September 7th.
You say: May he starts another scheme which later results some other stuff in your town? :p
I say: His eyes tell he is oozing with schemes. A scheming guy he is,for good or for bad, no doubt.

Now please let me finish my comments with a little bit of excellent poetry for a change:

So runs my dream, but what am I?
An infant crying in the night
An infant crying for the light
And with no language but a cry.

    Lord Tennyson

I say: A deal seems to have already been made. However, the final payment is yet to be made and possession given. The incursions in South Waziristan show the process of taking over of the possession has begun.
