    the irony is that the pankawalla pays his bills and probably all his taxes whereas the man in suit is a burden on the state – everything is free for him: petrol, car(s), house(s), bills, servants… the list goes on.
    No wonder the Taliban are becoming an appealing option for the downtrodden masses.

    Did he ask for it or the situation was imposed on him? – Obviously as a guest he perhaps has some limitations (and as a minister he has many deficiencies…)
