Twin Bomb Blasts Kill Many

Twin suicide blasts killed at least 16 people in the Pakistani garrison town of Rawalpindi adjoining Islamabad early on Saturday, the military said, including 15 aboard a defence ministry bus.

A suicide bomber rammed a car into the back of the bus outside an intelligence service office carrying ISI personel. Another bomber blew up his car at a checkpoint outside army headquarters. The death toll is expected to rise, as some news agencies are quoting atleast 35 to be dead.

Army sources say 17, US Agencies say 35.

o matter what the count exactly is (although it matters very much to the families), whats’ happening in here?? Can it be related to Al-Zawahirir’s war on Pak Army??

I feel bad for people in armed forces and police :\\\

The constant attacks on security forces in the country somehow remind of the situation in Iraq and Afghanistan, where occupation forces are being attacked. The only difference being that in Iraq and Afghanistan it is the occupation forces who are being attacked, but in Pakistan the local security and intelligence agencies are the targets? Are they being viewed as occupants?

The terrorists view the security forces of Pakistan as “killers of innocents” and have declared jihad on them. The terrorists themselves have murdered more Pakistanis than anybody else.
